For any community, the authenticity of its members forms the foundation of its value. When a community is flooded with fake users and data, it quickly loses its vitality. The operation team of Epic Ballad is committed to building a sustainable community environment, enhancing project value to achieve our mission and follow the project roadmap. To maintain the long-term value of the community, we firmly combat fake accounts by implementing a strict "one account per person" policy—that is, each real player can only have one game account.

When your account is disabled by the system, it indicates we have sufficient reason to believe your account may be associated with or sharing information with other accounts that have violated Epic Ballad's policies and thus been disabled. We understand you may wish to know the specific issues detected by our risk control system. However, to prevent potential malicious users from exploiting our system and thereby posing a risk to our players, we cannot disclose the specifics of how we determine the association between one account and another.

If you believe your account has been mistakenly banned, please submit an appeal to us via the following email: <support@epicballad.com>. Meanwhile, please do not attempt to create new accounts, as any newly registered accounts will also be prohibited from use.

The Epic Ballad operation team reserves the right of final explanation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a healthy and fair gaming environment.
